A Brief History
Worcester Colts Football Club was founded as Broadheath Boys Football Club. In 1981 a second team was introduced and the Club entered the Stourport Boys League. In 1984/5 Broadheath won the U12 Cup.
As the Club expanded, we moved to Worcester to improve our playing and changing facilities, resulting in 1986 to our change of name to Worcester Colts FC. Under this name we won the Cup at Under 16 level in 1990/91.
In 1991 we ran teams from 8 to 15 year olds, and acquired our own leased ground, boasting at the time the best facilities in the league with a Club house and floodlit training facilities. In 1993 the U12's again toured Holland and Germany.
We now lease a second ground at Neel Park, with additional changing facilities and a floodlit full-sized pitch, and also use Plover's Rise playing fields at Kempsey which also has changing facilities.
